We’ve bought the K4 Compact, unboxed it, put it together and tested it extensively. We paid particular attention to these points:
- Is the device easy to assemble?
- How easily can it be moved and transported?
- How does the general quality feel?
- How easy is it to set up the device?
- How quickly and reliably can stubborn dirt be removed?
- Is it comfortable to work with?

The K4 Compact comes almost fully assembled. All you have to do is attach the wheels (without screws) and the water connection coupling. That takes less than a minute!

How we tested
We tested the K4 Compact on the patio of a detached house.
We set up the unit and then cleaned dirty garden slabs with both the vario lance and the dirt blaster lance.

Pros and Cons
Pros
- User friendly
- Quick and easy set up
- Removes stubborn dirt on medium-sized surfaces reliably
- It is very light and therefore easy to carry or to put into a rack
Cons
- The power cable and pressure hose must be stored in the same place. This makes rolling up and unrolling tedious
- The storage space for the cable and pressure hose is relatively small. Therefore, they come loose quickly and fall off when pulling the device

For people who are looking for an inexpensive but nevertheless reliable all-rounder with which you can clean practically everything, this device is ideally suited.
